Naniwa Aotoishi Water Stone, 2000 Grit

The Large green stone known as the Green Brick of Joy, is a traditional waterstone that works as a jack of all trades. The 2000 grit will take a knife that is a little dull back to a good working edge, and the extra thick size helps it last a long time. The stone does require soaking in water beforehand to give the best results.
