Shipping policy

Products that total over $99 will qualify for free USPS shipping. All items will have several options from USPS and UPS for shipping at current market prices provided by the shipping company.

We do not offer international shipping or shipping via Freight Forward* companies. Any orders being shipped to Freight Forwarding* companies will be canceled. 

All shipments to AFO, FPO, and PO Boxes will be handled by USPS shipping.

We will make all attempts to get the product packaged and shipped within 24hr of purchase on standard business days, excluding holidays. Sometimes delays happen due to volume of orders but we will make all attempts we can to avoid delays.

Tracking will be provided via email once the product has shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your junk/spam email folder. If the tracking number is not in any of your email folders, please contact us and we will provide the tracking number to you.

*Freight Forwarding companies are 3rd party companies that will receive a shipped package and forward to the end user, typically outside the USA.
