The Galley-V sharpener is a mounted preset angle sharpener with Ceramic (fine) rods. The 9" oval rods allow for sharpening of plain and serrated knives and the preset 40° (20° per side) provides a razor edge on your knife. The base Provides a large hand guard to prevent injury while securly holing the system.
